  • All repairs are carried out by qualified technicians, but outcomes may vary depending on device condition.

2. Estimates & Payments

  • Any price estimate given prior to inspection is indicative. Final cost will be confirmed after diagnosis.

  • Full payment must be made upon completion of service.

  • We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.

3. Warranty

  • Repairs may carry a limited warranty (typically 30–90 days) only for the specific fault repaired.

  • Warranty does not cover new faults, accidental damage, water damage, or issues caused by misuse.

4. Liability

  • While we take utmost care, The Essentials is not responsible for data loss, pre-existing damage, or issues arising from unauthorized repairs done previously.

  • Customers are advised to back up their data before handing over devices.

5. Parts

  • We use high-quality replacement parts. Availability of genuine or original parts depends on the manufacturer.

  • In case original parts are not available, compatible alternatives may be used with customer approval.

6. Device Collection

  • Devices not collected within 60 days after repair completion may incur storage fees or be disposed of.

7. Privacy

  • Any personal data on devices is handled with confidentiality and will not be accessed unnecessarily.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
