If you’ve changed your mind and need to return any item, you have 14 days from the date of collection or delivery to return your item(s).
Your item(s) must be:
Unused and with all original components
In its original packaging (with tags if applicable)
In a resalable condition
With proof of purchase
With any free items that came with the product
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method.
Card payments may take up to 5 working days to appear.
PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days.
All parts include a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
If your part develops a fault within 14 days, we offer an exchange, replacement, or refund.
After 14 days but within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement for the same or equivalent product.
Exclusions:
Samsung Service Pack Displays: 3-month warranty
Consumables (batteries, adhesives, etc.): No warranty after 14 days
User damage, water damage, or damage caused during repair
All refurbished devices come with a 12-month warranty.
Faults within 14 days of collection/delivery → Exchange, replacement, or refund.
Faults after 14 days but within 12 months → Repair or replacement.
Warranty does not cover:
Cracked/smashed screen, scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
Liquid or accidental damage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Removed/altered IMEI or serial number
Battery capacity
Covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Faults within 14 days of delivery → Return to us for full refund or replacement.
After 14 days → Claim directly with manufacturer.
All repairs carried out by The Essentials include a 12-month warranty on the part replaced.
Water-damage & board-level repairs include a 1-month limited warranty.
Warranty covers the original problem/part replaced only.
